The Property
This holiday home is an apartments located at Amarilla Golf, Nr Los Cristianos/Las Americas, Tenerife sleeping up to 4 persons in 1 bedroom. There are single beds and 1 double bed together with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet and there is also a shared swimming pool.
Built in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The apartment is only 10 minutes' drive from the airport at Los Cristianos, this is a modern, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped apartment and we are sure you'll enjoy your stay here.

The Apartment is well equiped for visitors you will have many amenities to make your stay comfortable, including, Satellite TV, DVD player and DVDs, Music Centre and CDs, Full size Oven, Security Safe, Ceiling Fans, Shower, Wall-Mounted Airer, Selection of Books and Games, Cushioned Loungers, 2 Sets of Tables & Cushioned Chairs on the Patios and a Parasol.
Local activities include, Swimming, Golf, Water Sports, Fishing, Horseriding, Bowls and Tennis.

Rental Rates

To stay between April and September - £220 per week
To stay between October and March - £240 per week
To stay over Christmas and New Year £300 per week
We offer discounts for stays of more than 2 weeks and a 20% discount for bookings received within 2 weeks of departure.
Prices are per couple. Extra persons are charged at £25 per person per week.
There is a 40% booking deposit

Other Spanish Rentals
In southern Spain is Duquesa where you can rent Duquesa apartments at a development called Monte Duquesa here there is a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments which can be rented by the week or month.
